What does UA mean?
Our shoes listed as ‘UA’ stand for unauthorized authentic. Unauthorized authentic means that they were made in the same place and with the same materials as the original product, but sold by someone else. Major shoe companies do not stick to one factory to produce their shoes, instead they assign a certain number (i.e. 10,000) per model for each factory to produce. The thing about all of these factories, is that they do not produce just the assigned number of pairs. They will produce double the amount, sometimes even 5 times the amount of shoes! The reason being, is that they need these extra pairs to replace the rejected pairs after they fail to pass quality inspection. What happens after the shoe company receives their assigned number of shoes, is that they move production to another factory to produce the same pairs of shoes. Now what gets left behind in the factories are the extra pairs of shoes that were rejected, or did not even get to be seen by quality control because the shoe company has already reached their quota.
What is the difference?
All of the extra pairs that are left over, are produced by the same factories, by the same workers and with the same materials. These extra pairs are just not licensed, authorized and/or quality checked by the shoe company. The factories then sell these leftover shoes to sneaker resellers, sneaker dealers and/or online stores.
Are you guys legit?
We are 100% legit. We’ve shipped and delivered thousands of air jordans to thousands of happy customers worldwide. We guarantee that you will receive your air jordan as soon as 7-10 days. But sometimes U.S customs like to take their sweet time process each packages that goes through them. For this reason, it can add an additional 5-7 days to the delivery time. It only happens 2-3% of the time, but it does happen from time to time.
How long does it take to ship and do I get a tracking number?
All orders placed by 5pm PST will be processed the same day. Ship time is about 7-10 days shipped via International Express. Your package will be hand delivered by the United States Postal Service. We’ll provide tracking numbers 2-3 days after it has processed and marked complete. If you haven’t received it within that time frame, please send us a request. Signature confirmation is required before delivery.
What if I am not home when the package arrives?
The United States Post Office will leave a Post card in your mailbox letting you know that you’ve missed the delivery. You can take the postcard to the nearest post office to pick up your package. If you missed your delivery, please try to pick up your package ASAP! We are not responsible for packages getting returned to us. You will need to pay additional shipping fees for us to reship it.
Why does my credit card keeps declining when I have enough funds available?
There could be a number of reasons why this is happening. One of the most common reason is an address verification fail. We have an address verification system in place to protect you against fraud. Please make sure you enter the correct billing address that matches the billing address on file with your credit card company or bank.

If I want to cancel or request a refund, do I call my credit card company or bank?
Under no circumstance should you ever call your bank to dispute a transaction with us. It will prolong your refund, because it takes up to 45 days for your bank to finalize all the paperwork. All you have to do is send us an email and we’ll take care of it promptly. Your refund will go back to your account within 3 business days (depending on your bank’s crediting policy).
