We get hundreds of emails every day from our customers regarding their tracking numbers and delivery date. We would like to provide this resource to help you understand our shipping process so you can be well informed and worry less about where your package is at.

1. Your Package has shipped
We normally ship within 1-2 business days. (If you haven’t received a tracking by day 4, then it means your order was suddenly out of stock and we’ve sent out an email alerting you of this. If you don’t see an email, then it’s likely in spam. Please send us an email.)
When we send over the tracking number, you will see that it’s in this stage in the USPS tracking system.
This stage means we’ve shipped it and it’s on a plane from China to the U.S.A. It can be in this stage for 3-5 business days.
Once it lands in the U.S.A (normally within 2-3 business days), it’s goes through U.S Customs. It can be in U.S Customs for 1-3 business days. Sometime longer. The tracking WON’T, I repeat WON’T get update until U.S Customs releases it to the USPS facility. Just be patient. It doesn’t matter how many times you email us, it ain’t gonna happen until they releases it.
In the case of this package, if you look at the infographic above labeled #1, we shipped in on May 11, 2019, spent 4 days on a plane and released by U.S Customs on May 15th, 2019.
2. Your Package has been released to the United States Postal Service (USPS)
At this stage, your package is being processed by USPS and is moving through their facility to be transferred the next distribution center closes to your home. It can be here for 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located.
3. Your Package has arrived at your local post office
Your package has arrived and is being sorted out by the post man in your local zip code. At this time, you can check the status of your package to see an expected Delivery date. Please make sure you prepare yourself to be home to accept the package. The mailman has been instructed to leave your package in your front porch or in a large size mailbox if it’s available.
If you live in a neighborhood where packages gets stolen alot, then I recommend that you make sure to be home. Or, you can call your local post office, provide them your tracking number and tell them to hold it there so you can pick it up at your earliest convenience.
4. Your Package has delivered
YAY! Your package has delivered. For this particular package, 8 business days to deliver. Plus 1-2 days for processing by our factory. Total is took about 10 days. Generally, it can take 10-15 days.
